Pune or Mumbai
3 Hours Before Flight Time
Reporting at the reporting time on Given time to fly to Bagdogra from Pune or Mumbai. After arrival at Bagdogra airport depart to Phuntshoeling Airport.
After breakfast proceed Thimphu. On arrival at Thimphu check in to the hotel. Evening visit Tashichho Dzong. Rest of the evening free at leisure. Dinner and Overnight stay in Thimphu.
After breakfast embark on a full day sightseeing tour of Thimphu including visit to BBS Tower or the view point, SAARC Building, India House, Handicraft School, Memorial Chorten, Simtokha Dzong. Evening time free to explore the local market. Overnight stay in Thimpu.
Post breakfast take the transfer to Punakha / Wangdue Phodrong via Do-Chula Pass (10000 ft). Check-in to your hotel on arrival. Post lunch local tour including visit to Punakha Dzong and the confluence of Po chu & Mo chu. We will have lunch on the way. After that we will visit to Chimi Lhakhang which is a short hike. Chimi Lhakhang Temples lies in the fertile Lobesa village of Punakha Valley. The temple is dedicated to the divine madman-Saint Drukpa Kuenley and the temple is also known as the Temple of Fertility. Overnight stay in Punakha / Wangdue Phodrong.
After breakfast proceed to Paro , on arrival check in to the hotel and evening proceed for local sightseeing tour of Paro covering Drugyel Dzong, Ta Dzong , Paro Dzong and Kyichu Lhakhang. Evening free at leisure. Dinner and Overnight stay in Paro.
Today after the leisurely breakfast we will proceed for an excursion to the famous place called Taktshang Monastery (4hrs hike) Taktshang Monastery (Tiger Nest) is located at top of about 800 meter cliff in Paro. It takes slightly more than three to four hours to reach the monastery on foot from the nearest road point. Taktshang or the Tigers lair as the monastery is widely regarded is one of the most important in Bhutan. Its history is associated with the visit of Guru Padmasambhava, the Indian saint who came to Bhutan in the 8th century AD. The evening ends with a walk through the Paro’s main shopping market. Overnight stay in Paro.
After breakfast proceed to Phuntsholing , En- route we visit Kharbandi Gompaarrive and check in to the hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay in Phuentsholling.
After breakfast proceed Bagdogra to board flight for Pune. Arrive Pune and Return home with Wonderful memories of your holiday with Take Me Buddy.
