      Day 1 Today is acclimatisation day

      Today is acclimatisation day , We will give a time of airport pick up considering the flight arrival timings of the tickets we
      book .
      you will be dropped at hotel for resting . People who have booked their own flights are supposed reach at hotel directly

      Day 2LEH - KHARDUNGLA PASS - HUNDER

      KHANDUNGLA PASS – highest motorable pass in the world , 17,582 ft . It has very high importance for the militarise as all
      military supplies Siachen go through it . At Khardungla pass , the oxygen and air pressure levels are sunken so it is
      advised not to involve yourself in vigorous breathing activities .
      ACTIVITIES :

      Day 3HUNDER ( NUBRA VALLEY ) - TURTUK - THANG - HUNDER

      TURTUK : Turtuk is known for its varieties of fruits , especially apricots . Turtuk was under Pakistani control until the war of
      1971 , when the Indian Army captured the village . It’s the last outpost of India’s Ladakh . It is also one of the gateways to
      the Siachen Glacier .
      THANG : Northernmost Village of India . The Village lies a few kms beyond Turtuk and you cross Tyakashi Village to get to
      this point . To go beyond Turtuk you need permission from the Army and after that this is the Northernmost that the Army
      lets you get to . The Mountain heights on the right of the Shyok are all territory in Pakistani control . You can see a fence
      which denotes the LOC and 100 meters on each side are No Mans Land .

      Day 4HUNDER ( NUBRA VALLEY ) - PANGONG

      DISKIT MONASTERY : Its the largest and oldest surviving monastery in the Nubra valley .
      PANGONG LAKE : The one factor that makes this Lake so popular is the fact that it keeps changing colors . The
      fascinating fact about Pangong Lake is that it has saline water and even then the water freezes and also because of this
      the lake cannot have any kind of vegetation or even aquatic life .

      Day 5PANGONG- CHUMATHANG - TSOMORIRI

      CHUMATHANG HOT SPRINGS : This place is famous for hot Sulphur spring which evolves from the ground near the
      Indus River . A large number of people visited this place to witness the miracle of nature . On the one side the chilly cold
      water of River Indus and besides the hot bubbling water of Chumathang hot springs . It is believed that the water of the
      spring has some medicinal properties .
      TSOMORIRI LAKE : Tso Moriri lake in Changthang region of Ladakh is one of the most beautiful , calm and sacred ( for
      ladakhis ) high altitude lakes in India . In fact , it is the largest high altitude lake in India that is entirely in Indian Territory .
      This beautiful blue pallet lake is about 7 KM wide at its broadest point and about 19 KM long . Being part of the wetland
      reserve under Ramsar site , it is actual known as Tsomoriri Wetland Conservation Reserve and one cannot pitch any tents
      or construct anything near the banks of the lake . It is the highest Ramsar site in the world . A large number of flora and
      fauna is found in the region . Since , it is very near to the Line of Actual Control , one need to get Inner Line Permit to visit
      Tso Moririe.

      Day 6TSOMORIRI - LEH

      HEMIS MONASTERY : The most popular monastery , Hemis Gompa is also dubbed the richest monastery in Ladakh .
      STOK PALACE : Situated on the banks of the River Indus , on the outskirts of the city , Stok Palace is a magnificent ,
      three – storey structure . Still the summer home of the royal family of Ladakh , about 12 of its 80 rooms remain functional
      today . The Royal Palace Museum is a must – visit as it displays items like imperial thangka paintings , the king’s crown ,
      dresses , coins , perak jewellery pieces adorned with turquoise and lapis lazuli and the queen’s ancient turquoise and gold
      yub – jhur ( turquoise encrusted headpiece ) and many religious objects .

      Day 7LEH

      SHANTI STUPA : Shanti Stupda is also known as the Vishwa Shanti Stupa . It is an important place of pilgrimage for
      Buddhists . The towering stupa is made of marble and there are brilliantly intricate statues of the Lord Buddha here . It is
      known primarily as being a destination for spirituality and photography .
      HALL OF FAME : Hall of Fame is a museum constructed by the Indian Army in memory of the brave Indian soldiers who
      laid down their lives defending the motherland in the Indo – Pak wars .
      LEH MARKET : Leh Market is one of the busiest , most colourful places in Leh , where you can get everything imaginablefrom
      groceries to clothes , jewellery to local street food . The Leh Market is a perfect representation of the culture of Lehvibrant
      and colourful .

      Day 8LEH ALCHI DAH HANU

      MAGNETIC HILL : it is famously known as the Gravity Hill . The hill possesses magnetic properties strong enough to pull
      heavy vehicles . uphill . Because of the anti – gravity mechanisms the site has become a popular tourist attraction .
      PATHAR SAHEB GURUDWARA : Legend has it that once Guru Nakak ji was meditating at this place and a demon had
      thrown a big rock to obstruct his prayers but the boulder turned into soft wax that failed to harm him , seeing this the
      demon asked for penance for his deed and Guru Nanak ji forgave him . The boulder with the imprint of the body of Guru
      Nanak Dev and the footprint of the demon is on display in Gurdwara Pathar Sahib .
      SANGAM POINT : Sangam is the confluence of Indus and Zanskar Rivers in Ladakh . While the Indus River appears as
      shiny blue , Zanskar River appears muddy green .
      ALCHI MONASTERY : Oldest Buddhist learning centre . A national heritage site , it is distinct from other monasteries in
      Ladakh as it is situated on flat ground unlike others which are located on hilltops .

      Day 9DAH HANU - KARGIL

      ARYAN VALLEY : The quaint villages of Dha ( or Dah ) and Hanu are among the few villages that are home to the ethnic
      Drogpa tribe of Leh , renowned for their hospitality . They are said to be the descendants of the original Aryan or Indo –
      European race . These villages are a great way to explore the cultural diversity of the region and a huge pull for
      photographers , who love to capture portraits and scenery . The tribes have a unique ornamentation style and interesting
      headgear that makes for great pictures . Dha and Hanu are located in the Brokpa region of Leh and are famously known
      as the ‘ Last Aryan Villages of India ‘ . Legend has it that when Alexander , the conquerer , came to the Indus Valley and
      then moved on to Beas , he left a few of his clansmen behind who settled down here . Out of a number of Brokpa villages ,
      only these two are open to tourists . Buddhism is the main religion here but locals also offer worship to the animist
      pantheon of gods .

      Day 10KARGIL - DRASS - LEH

      KARGIL WAR MEMORIAL : In the winter of 1998 1999 , the Pakistan Army crossed the Line of Control ( LoC ) and
      occupied the roads connecting Leh and Kargil to Srinagar , along with numerous heights along the National Highway . The
      Indian Army , in response , launched Operation Vijay ( Victory ) in May 1999 to retake . the territory . Consequently ,
      several fierce battles were fought , with the Indian Army finally winning the war . Every year , 26th July is observed as
      Kargil Vijay Diwas , which means Kargil Victory Day . The memorial , as it stands today , was constructed by the Indian
      Army in November 2014
