Inclusions

• Accommodation as per tent size described above, with mattresses & blankets and enough space to keep a bag or two.
• 1 RO filtered water bottle, 1 towel per person, extra blankets if needed are available.
• 4 Common camp bathrooms(24×7 Hot Water available, bucket & mug), 5 common camp toilets with commodes, sprays & toilet paper.
• Breakfast & Dinner (Fixed Menu, self service, pure vegetarian food) – 24X7 Tea/Coffee maker kettle for campers to make refreshments on their own.
• Campsite games – life-size jenga, table-tennis, carom, tic tac toe, ladder golf, card games, board games, rug sack race
• Our staff is always present on site during camp timings. even at night!

Exclusions

• Strawberry picking in nearby farms, maggi noodles served on campsite, any guided nature trails or treks(Rs. 100 per head), guided stargazing (Rs. 125 per head, as per availability, sky significance & weather).

• Lunch : Per Adult, Per Day Rs.262/-

‼ Campsite Rules (No Exceptions)

• No smoking, no drugs. no alcohol. no outside eatables(except marshmallows) or drinkable. No pets
• No explosives, lighters, guns or knives.

No Plastic. no littering of any sort on campsite.

• Government ID of all campers will be needed at the time of check in.
• Please see to it that other campers don’t get disturbed by any of your activities.
• Meals are served at fixed timings. If campers are not present on site during the meals, then management cannot provide refund or make available food at odd timings.
• Campsite entry rights reserved by management.
• Management reserves rights to ban any camper who does not abide to camp rules or for misconduct, misbehavior, violence or is caught under influence of alcohol or drugs. No refund for ban.

Accommodation:

• Twin Sharing Tent – Each tent accommodates max 2 adults + 1 child on two mattresses with enough space to keep a night’s luggage.
• Family/Group Tent – Each Family/Group Tent accommodates Max. 3 Adults OR Max. A Combination Of 2 Adults + 2 Children on a total of 3 mattresses with enough space in the tent to keep a night’s luggage.

Cancellation Policy :

100% amount to be paid in advance to book the trip.

If the booking is canceled 10 days or before the event date then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

If the booking is canceled 6 days before the event date then no refunds will be given, but 50% of the booking amount will be compensated for the next event.

No show = No refund.
