New Jalpaiguri Junction

Take Me Buddy Tour guide will you on arrival at New Jalpaiguri Junction Railway Station/ Bagdogra Airport. From airport/railway station, our tour representative will assist you to transfer to Gangtok, which is approximately 120 km away. Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, is amongst the beautiful hill stations of East India. Backed by beautiful mountains, this place has always been on the radar of every travelers. In the evening, you are free to explore Gangtok or can enjoy shopping too. Upon arrival at Gangtok, you will be transferred to a hotel for overnight stay and dinner.
Start your morning with the scrumptious breakfast at the hotel. Then, you will go for sightseeing to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 feet) & Baba Mandir (13,200 feet), approximately 50 km away from Gangtok. Located at an elevation of 12,400 feet, Tsomgo Lake is considered as the most sacred lake in the Sikkim region and an all-time favourite hub for birdies. Baba Mandir, another attraction of the day, is named after an army man; Baba Harbhajan Singh, who sacrificed his life for the nation. After the end of your sightseeing tour, head back to the hotel for dinner, followed by an overnight stay.
P.S.:In the case of the landslide, you won’t be able to reach Tsomgo Lake (12,400 Feet), thus, an alternative will be arranged for you.
Start your day with a hearty meal, check out from the hotel and drive to Lachen. To ease out your 107 km tenuous journey, you will enjoy a stopover at Naga Waterfall, Chungthang, and Bhim Nala Waterfall. Post sightseeing; continue your drive to Lachen. Upon arrival in Lachen, you will be transferred to a pre-booked comfortable hotel for dinner and stay. Take ample rest as more excitements of your holiday are waiting.
Kick-start another day with a healthy meal; you will drive to Chopta Valley (13,200 ft.) & Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft.), which will take approximately four hours. During the journey, the view is exciting, and the view of sun rays highlighting the mountains is splendid. Chopta Valley will be the first stopover of the day. After the sightseeing tour, drive to Lachung, a major tourists hub in North India.
Next stopover will be at Gurudongmar Lake, which is believed to be approached by Guru Padmasambhava. The water of lake never freezes in an extreme situation as locals believe that Guru Padmasambhava touched a portion of the lake, since then, that part of the lake does not freeze even in severe winter. From then, the water of the lake is regarded as sacred. Dinner and overnight stay at Lachung.
Next day, start with an early morning breakfast and drive to Yumthang Valley. The one hour drive to beautiful Yumthang crosses through the famous hot spring known for its curative properties of skin diseases. The movement you will step in the vicinity of the valley, you will be thrilled to see the riots of colours. The pastures of tall wildflowers are a glorious sight on a sunny day. Yumthang Valley is home to Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, which has over 24 species of the state flower rhododendron. Thereupon, you will visit the hot spring. After your visit is concluded, continue to drive to Gangtok via Singhik viewpoint. On arrival in Gangtok, check in the hotel and enjoy the overnight stay.
After a lavish breakfast at the hotel, en route to Pelling. During this 105 km long journey, you will enjoy a short stopover at Namchi and visit Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse & Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham). Following the sightseeing tour, continue your drive to Pelling. Upon arrival in Pelling, you will be transferred to a hotel for overnight stay and dinner.
Early morning, treat yourself to the beautiful view of mountains. In the first half of the day, you will be visiting Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzongha waterfalls. Then in the second half, you will visit Pemayangtse Monastery (one of the oldest monasteries in Sikkim), Rabdentse Ruins, and New Helipad Ground. Dinner and overnight stay at Pelling hotel.
After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.) via Singla Check post. On arrival check-in to hotel & rest of the day free. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Early morning, you will drive to Tiger Hill (8,400 feet), from where you can watch the stunning sun rising above the horizon over the Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 feet), world’s third largest peak. On your way back from Tiger Hill, you will be visiting other attractions of Darjeeling like Ghum Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre, Tea Garden, Ropeway, and Japanese Temple. The evening will be free for leisure. Also, you may go shopping and pick some tea and Tibetan artefacts. Dinner and overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.
