Rules and Regulations mentioned below for Students Camps 10 to 16 years.
Bookings:
- Take Me Buddy reserves all rights of admission for Tours (wildlife camp / trekking programme / any other programme announced by Take Me Buddy.)
- Booking for all Tours will be done on first come first served basis.
- Bookings for Tours are to be made at the office of Take Me Buddy.
- Take Me Buddy reserve all rights to change the venue / dates / schedule / cost or cancel the Tour.
Charges & Expenses:
- The participants shall, along with the booking form, pay prescribed booking / advance amounts.
- Participants, who have registered for Tours online, must pay the prescribed booking / advance amount within one week after such registration. If the advance payment is not made within stipulated one week, then the registration shall be deemed to be cancelled.
- Balance payments (if any) shall be paid at least 30 days before the Tour departure date. If the balance payment is not made within stipulated time, then the registration shall be deemed to be cancelled; and advance amount paid will be forfeited.
- Any incidental / additional expenses incurred during the camps / Tours shall be borne by the participants.
On Camp/ Tour Regulations:
- During the Tour, the participants shall abide by the instructions and decisions of the Camp / Tour Director or authorised representative of Take Me Buddy.
- During the Tour or camps, in case of any dispute for whatsoever reasons, the decision of the Camp / Tour Director or authorised representative of Take Me Buddy shall be final and binding on all the participants. In the event the participants disobey the directions / instructions of the Camp / Tour Director or authorised representative of Take Me Buddy, the participant(s) shall be solely liable for the risks, responsibilities, costs and consequences.
- In case of any medical ailments, disorders etc. of the participants, they will have to inform the organisers in advance at the time of booking for the Tour.
- In case of any medical problems, ailments, disorders etc. or symptoms of the same, during the Tour, the participant(s) shall inform the organisers at the earliest.
- In such events, if required, the participants will have to take medical treatment from the doctor/ attendant available on the Tour campsite or from the nearest available medical centre or hospital. The expenses for all medical treatment and arrangements for the same will be solely borne by the participant. The Camp / Tour Director or the authorised representative shall have complete discretion to continue the Tour / camp without the participant(s), suffering from medical problem.
- Any incidental / additional expenses incurred during the Tour shall be borne by the participants, this include expenses for food during travel by any mode of transportation, camera or like equipment charges, entry charges etc.
- Consumption and/or possession of liquor, tobacco products, cigarette, Narcotic substances etc. is strictly prohibited on Tour / Camp / trek / other programmes organized for students (upto age 18) by TAKE ME BUDDY.
- In case of any injury, sickness, accident, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; Take Me Buddy, it’s instructors, organisers, volunteers or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.
- All adventure activities involve certain amount of risk due to inherent nature of these activities. Take Me Buddy is committed to take all possible precautions to minimise the risks. However if the participants have enrolled for the activities like wildlife camping, river rafting, rappelling, rock climbing, valley crossing, river crossing or any other adventure sports / activity, then all the risks and responsibilities related to and arising from such activities shall be solely upon such participants and Take Me Buddy shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever. Parents and guardians of the kids are encouraged to ask questions and get acquainted with risks related to these activities.
- It is not possible for Take Me Buddy to ensure that the Group / Participants will get Railway Reservations (reserved for Participants on their behalf) together or in the same compartment because of random seat allotment by Computerised Railway Reservation System.
Insurance:
- Neither participants nor Tours shall be insured by Take Me Buddy, unless specifically mentioned for a particular trip / trek / camp / Tour.
Cancellation Policy and Refund Rules for Domestic Tours/camps:
- Any cancellation by participant(s) must be communicated to Take Me Buddy in Office in writing in the prescribed format available at Take Me Buddy office. The refund, if any, will be given after the Tour is over, irrespective of the date when the cancellation has been communicated to us.
- Cancellation charges for International tours are different. Kindly request for the same at our office.
- Applicable Cancellation charges:
- For camps without air travel, Rs.1000/- if the cancellation is made with more than 30 days (excluding the day of departure of Tour) remaining for Tour / camp departure date.
- For camps with air travel, Rs.6000/- if the cancellation is made with more than 30 days (excluding the day of departure of Tour) remaining for Tour / camp departure date.
- 35 % of the regular Tour / camp charges will be charged if the cancellation is made more than 15 days (excluding the day of departure of Tour / camp) prior to the departure date of the Tour / camp.
- 60 % of the regular Tour / camp charges will be charged if the cancellation is made more than 7 days (excluding the day of departure of Tour / camp) prior to the departure date of the Tour / camp.
- No refund if the cancellation is made with 7 or less than 7 days (excluding the day of departure of Tour) remaining for camp departure date.
- No refund will be payable in case of “No Show”.
- In case the participant(s) have booked air tickets / railway tickets / bus tickets or hired a taxi in for the Tour (or its extension), through us, then the refund paid by the airline authorities / railway authorities / bus operator / taxi operator shall be forwarded to the participants after deducting the processing charges, in case of cancellation made for the Tour by the participant or Tour being cancelled by Take Me Buddy.
- Take Me Buddy shall not be responsible for losses incurred for the air / train / bus bookings, or any extension to the Tour camp, done by the clients, either independently or through us arising due to cancellation in the Tour by Take Me Buddy. In such cases, only the Amount accepted as Tour Charges will be refunded.
- Take Me Buddy reserves all rights to change or modify the Tour / camp programme. Management reserves all rights to pre-pone or to postpone the Tour and Take Me Buddy shall not be liable to refund booking charges in such a case.
- Take Me Buddy reserves all rights to cancel any Tour / camp. In that event, ‘refund amount’ after deducting ‘non-refundable costs’ (such as Forest safari booking charges, Railway reservation and cancellation charges, Air ticket reservation and cancellation charges, Travel arrangements booking charges, Accommodation booking charges, handling charges) will be refunded within 15 days from date of cancellation of such an Tour.
- Safety Cancellation: Take Me Buddy is in no way obligated to complete a tour if one or more participants is found to be endangering the safety of themselves, others or the environment. Refunds will not be given in this situation.
- In the event there is cancellation of Tour / camp due to force majeure / reasons beyond control of Take Me Buddy, then no refund shall be payable.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.

- Bookings for all Kids camp / activity camp will be done on first come first served basis.
- Bookings for Kids camp / activity camp are to be made at the office of Take Me Buddy.
- Take Me Buddy reserve all rights to change the venue / dates / schedule / cost or cancel the Kids camp / activity camp.

In the event the participants disobey the directions / instructions of the Kids camp / activity camp Director or authorised representative of Take Me Buddy, the participant(s) shall be solely liable for the risks, responsibilities, costs and consequences.
- In case of any medical ailments, disorders etc. of the participants, they will have to inform the organisers in advance at the time of booking for the Kids camp / activity camp.
- In case of any medical problems, ailments, disorders etc. or symptoms of the same, during the Kids camp / activity camp, the participant(s) shall inform the organisers at the earliest.

The Kids camp / activity camp Director or the authorised representative, after making due arrangements for safety and well-being of participant, shall have complete discretion to continue the Kids camp / activity camp without the participant(s), suffering from medical problem.
- Any incidental / additional expenses incurred during the Kids camp / activity camp shall be borne by the participants.

- Rs. 500/- if the cancellation is made with more than 30 days (excluding the day of departure of camp) remaining for Kids camp / activity camp departure date.
- 35% of the regular charges will be charged if the cancellation is made more than 15 days (excluding the day of departure of camp) prior to the departure date of the Kids camp / activity camp.
- 60% of the regular charges will be charged if the cancellation is made more than 7 days (excluding the day of departure camp) prior to the departure date of the Kids camp / activity camp.
- No refund if the cancellation is made with 7 or less than 7 days (excluding the day of departure of camp) remaining for Kids camp / activity camp departure date.
- No refund will be payable in case of “No Show”.
- Take Me Buddy shall not be responsible for losses incurred for the air / train / bus bookings, or any extension to the Kids camp / activity camp, done by the clients, either independently or through us arising due to cancellation in the Kids camp / activity camp by Take Me Buddy.

Declaration
I have read and I am fully aware of all the rules and regulations and ‘Cancellation Policy and Refund Rules’ stipulated for the Kids camp / activity camp. I / my ward hereby agree to abide by all the rules and regulations and follow instructions given by the organizers during the Kids camp / activity camp.
I hereby authorize Take Me Buddy to serve as a guardian during this trip for my ward.
